Terms of Service

By accessing or using LastQbank ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including students, educators, and any other individuals who access the platform.

LastQbank is an online question bank designed to help candidates prepare for the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination Part I (MCCQE1) and other medical licensing assessments. The Service includes practice questions, explanations, performance analytics, and study tools.

Important: LastQbank is an educational tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use content from this Service to make clinical decisions.

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Access to the full question bank requires a one-time payment unless otherwise specified.
• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
• We do not store your full payment card details.

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate and resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any question, explanation, or other content from the Service without prior written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access or extract content from the Service.
• Share, sell, or sublicense access to the Service or its content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit any harmful, malicious, or unlawful content.

All content on LastQbank — including questions, explanations, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to LastQbank and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial study purposes only.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is accurate, complete, or up to date. Exam content reflects our best understanding of the MCCQE1 blueprint at the time of writing and is subject to change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LastQbank and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for access in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
